The City of Parkville is accepting proposals to determine the cause of a sinkhole at on Riverhills Place and to prepare a recommendation on a course of action to repair the area in question. Proposals clearly labeled Proposal for Sinkhole Investigation will be received until January 23, 2015 at Parkville City Hall no later than 5:00 PM Central Time.
The City of Parkville has received numerous questions and comments regarding the potential for development within Parkville’s city limits on properties near the intersection of I-435 and Route 45. The following webpage was created to respond to questions and provide a single source of accurate information about development prospects for this area.

Did you know? Café des Amis owners, Guillaume and Ingrid Hanriot, natives of Champagne, France, came to Parkville eleven years ago to fulfill internships required for their culinary education. They worked at Cafe des Aims for seven years before transitioning into the restaurant’s owners. FOR PARKVILLE MUNICIPAL ELECTION
The City of Parkville will hold a general municipal election on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Candidates may file at City Hall, 8880 Clark Ave., between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning December 16, 2014, and closing at 5:00 p.m. on January 20, 2015. Please note that City Hall will be closed for holidays on December 25 and possibly December 26, 2013 (if approved by Board on 12/16); January 1, 2014 and January 19, 2014.

Join the Northland Community Choir for their annual Winter Concert on December 13, 2014. The concert begins at 7:00pm in the Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel. See the flier below for more details.
The Parkville Symphonic Band will host a Christmas Benefit Concert at 7:30 p.m. on December 11, at the Parkville Presbyterian Church, 819 Main St. in Parkville, MO.
The concert will feature a program of Christmas music, including a sing-along of various favorite Christmas carols and songs. Free-will donations to the South Platte Emergency Assistance Center will be accepted. See the flyer below for more details:
