ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As you may know, the City recently mailed out new sewer bills to residents on the City of Parkville sewer system. Starting with this recent billing, Parkville sewer bills will no longer be combined with your Missouri American water bill. Instead, your Parkville sewer bill will now be received from and payable to the City of Parkville.
Our lack of prior notice created a lot of confusion for our residents. We apologize for the lack of prior notice and our delay in communicating these changes. The following attachment is a letter with information about why these changes were necessary, the extent of these changes, explanation of the new sewer bill, sources for updates and other additional information. Printed copies of this letter are being mailed to the City of Parkville sewer system customers.
