The City of Parkville will begin sweeping public streets and public parking lots on Monday, April 3 for the Spring 2017 Street Sweeping Program (weather permitting). In order for the sweeper to effective do its job, residents are asked not to park on public streets or in parking lots during this time.
The purpose of street sweeping is to clear the debris on the streets and storm inlets, in accordance with the City’s stormwater permit with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
