The City of Parkville is pleased announce that next electronics recycling event at Parkville City Hall will be held on Tuesday, September 13 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. or until the truck is full. There is no residency requirement.
If you need a place to get rid of that old freezer, cell phone, or most anything else with a cord or battery this event is for you. The city has partnered with the Parkville Commons and Surplus Exchange to collect basically everything that has a cord or battery (working or not) free of charge. However, there is a charge to recycle TVs: $20 for CRT-based items (TVs/monitors).
