Parkville’s annual Spring Cleanup will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Rockridge Quarry, 6305 NW River Park Drive.
The City holds two cleanup events annually. The spring cleanup is held in April and the fall cleanup is held in October. Proof of residency is required. Items collected include small limbs, leaves and grass (no plastic bags), used batteries, scrap metal, water heaters, auto parts, metal products, air conditioners without compressor, washers and dryers without motor, tires, furniture and household debris. Items not collected include paint, air conditioner compressors, washer/dryer motors and household hazardous waste (HHW) items, but residents have the opportunity to dispose of HHW items through the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) HHW program.
