Parkville Missouri

Street Maintenance Requests

Complaints and requests for services regarding curb, sidewalk and street repairs will be taken during normal business hours and handled in accordance with City policies and procedures. They will be directed to the Public Works Director or Director of Operations and will be handled on a priority basis. Responses are to ensure that the provisions of the City’s policies have been fulfilled and that all residents have been treated uniformly.

For snow removal requests, please wait until at least 24 hours after the snow stops falling before contacting the City to report an issue in order to give our crews adequate time to complete multiple passes on all of their assigned snow routes.
