The application proposes rezoning Platte County parcel #20-3.0-07-000-000-006.000 (38.49 acres, more or less) from Platte County “CH” Commercial Highway to Parkville City “R-3” Single-Family Residential district to accommodate a single-family residence and accompanying outbuildings.
