The Board of Appeals considers applications for appeal where it is alleged that the:
- True intent of the adopted Property Maintenance Code or its rules have been incorrectly interpreted
- Provisions of the Property Maintenance Code do not fully apply
- Requirements of the Property Maintenance Code are adequately satisfied by other means
The Board of Appeals meetings are held within 20 days of receipt of an appeal at 5:30 p.m. in the Boardroom located on the first floor of City Hall. Special meetings are at the call of the chairman. The Board consists of the members of the Board of Zoning and Adjustment.
