The Police Department is managed by the Chief of Police with the assistance of a Captain. The department maintains a Detective Sergeant and a Sergeant assigned to each shift. Officers are assigned to a shift and a sergeant.

Sergeant Jeremy Gee
Sergeant Gee began his career in law enforcement with the Clay County, Missouri Sheriff’s Department in 2000. Sergeant Gee accepted a position with the Parkville Police Department in 2011 and was promoted to the rank of sergeant in 2018. He is an experienced firearms and taser instructor, field training officer and a bike unit supervisor.

Sergeant Ethan McMillen
Sergeant McMillen began his career in Law Enforcement with the Hamilton, Missouri Police Department in 2016, accepted a position with the Parkville Police Department in 2018 and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2023. Sergeant McMillen holds Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri Western State University, where he played college basketball, and a Master’s Degree from the University Arkansas Grantham. Sergeant McMillen is a State Certified Type II supervisor for the EC/IR machine and a Sergeant on the Department bike patrol unit.

Sergeant Victor Correa
Sergeant Correa began his career in law enforcement with the Butler, Missouri Police Department in 2009. Sergeant Correa accepted a position with the Parkville Police Department in 2021 and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2023. Sergeant Correa attended supervision school and field training officer school at the Missouri Highway Patrol Academy. He has advanced training in criminal and crime scene investigation.
