The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) is authorized in accordance with Sections 89.010 to 89.140, RSMo, 1959, and the City of Parkville Municipal Code to hear and act on:
- Appeals of decisions made by staff in enforcement of Zoning Code
- Variances that would not be contrary to public interests and in cases in which literal enforcement of code would result in unnecessary hardship
- Special exceptions
- Other considerations as may be authorized by the Board of Aldermen through ordinance
