Parkville, Missouri logo

The City of Parkville is pleased to announce the official launch of CivicPlus Community Development, an online platform that automates permitting, planning, zoning, and business licenses through a single interface. This new mobile-friendly, cloud-based platform has a convenient portal for submitting applications and making payments online.

CivicPlus Community Development provides citizens an easier online customer service experience. Notable features of the new system that will benefit residents and businesses include a single point of entry to do business with the City online that will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Users can set up an account to apply, pay for, receive, and track the status of applications and licenses.

Mayor Katerndahl stated, “The City continues to modernize how we work and improve the public’s access to essential information. CivicPlus Community Development is another way we are automating time-consuming processes, thereby giving City staff more time to assist residents and handle large projects.”

For more information, call City Hall at (816) 741-7676. For permitting, planning, and zoning questions, contact the Community Development Department. For questions about business and liquor licenses, contact the City Clerk’s Office.
