Title: Whispering Leaves & Wild Critters: A Nature Journaling Adventure in Parkville

Description: Join two Naturalists from the Missouri Department of Conservation as you explore the grounds at the Parkville Nature Sanctuary! If water, wildlife, and woodlands sound exciting, this is the perfect event for you.
All are welcome to build your own nature journal before starting on your adventure through the sanctuary. Stop at prompt stations along the 0.5-mile trail to draw, write, and find out what is unfolding on the landscape. Want more information on nature journaling? Join one of the registration classes at 9 am and 10:30 am. Registration class will take place at the Girl Scout Cabin, a 0.25-mile hike on a hilly, gravel trail. If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor at least one week prior to the program.
