Overnight Fishing Permit

Parkville residents and visitors are permitted – by ordinance – to engage in overnight fishing along the Missouri River so long as they have a valid state fishing license AND obtain an OVERNIGHT FISHING PERMIT from the city. This permit allows fishing between the hours of 12:00 AM (midnight) – 5:00 AM from English Landing Park and Platte Landing Park – including the boat ramp.

PLEASE NOTE – Parking is NOT ALLOWED in English Landing Park.

Please visit City Hall – 8880 Clark Ave, Parkville, MO 64152 – to fill out the form, or fill out the form online and bring it in. You must present a valid fishing license and state ID to obtain the permit.
You can submit your completed form via email: cityhall@parkvillemo.gov.  If you submit online, you still must come into City Hall to present your fishing license and ID, and receive your approved permit.
