Google is installing fiber throughout Parkville to provide fiber to residents.
Residents should expect see a lawn marker 72 hours prior to construction informing them of the expansion. Included on this marker is the QR code and phone number where they can track Google’s progress and report concerns and issues that may arise.
The phone number, (877) 454-6959, can be used to call in concerns which will generate a ticket for the customer where Google will respond to and work toward a resolution.
