Complaints and requests for services regarding curb, sidewalk and street repairs can be submitted online through SeeClickFix and will be handled in accordance with City policies and procedures. Responses are to ensure that the provisions of the City’s policies have been fulfilled and that all residents have been treated uniformly.
For snow removal requests, please wait until at least 24 hours after the snow stops falling before contacting the City to report an issue in order to give our crews adequate time to complete multiple passes on all of their assigned snow routes.
