Meeting agendas are posted at City Hall and on the City website at least 24 hours prior to meetings. Minutes are posted following approval by the Board.
Board of Aldermen
Board of Aldermen Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Boardroom located on the first floor of City Hall. The public is invited to attend all regular Board meetings and Work Sessions.
Finance Committee
Finance Committee meetings are held on Monday one week prior to the Board of Aldermen meetings at 12:00 p.m. in the Board Conference Room located on the first floor of City Hall.
Planning & Zoning Commission
Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the Boardroom located on the first floor of City Hall. Special meetings are at the call of the Chairman.
Community Land and Recreation Board
Community Land & Recreation Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Boardroom located on the first floor of City Hall.
Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals meetings are held within 20 days of receipt of an appeal at 5:30 p.m. in the Boardroom located on the first floor of City Hall. Special meetings are at the call of the chairman.
Board of Zoning Adjustment
The Board of Zoning Adjustment meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of odd months (if needed) at 5:30 p.m. in the Boardroom located on the first floor of City Hall. Special meetings are at the call of the Chairman.
