City Launches Citizen Reporting Tool Powered by SeeClickFix

The City of Parkville partnered with SeeClickFix to launch a new platform that allows citizens to easily report non-emergency issues, request services and provide feedback to City staff. Requests can be submitted on a phone through the mobile app or on a computer through the City’s website.

Residents and visitors can report non-emergency issues, including potholes, abandoned vehicles and code violations, just to name a few. Submissions can include pictures, videos, specific descriptions and more to provide valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. Requestors will also receive prompt feedback on their request’s status and when it has been completed. As a result, the City, residents and visitors can work together to create a stronger community.

Mayor Katerndahl stated, “With the new software, residents and visitors will be able to report issues and request services on their computer or phone. With such a small staff, residents can help notify us of issues or concerns within the city more efficiently so we can address them in a timely manner. I am also excited that the system will provide feedback to requestors on the status of their request.”
