Moving traffic and non-moving violation payments can be made at Parkville City Hall, 8880 Clark Avenue, Parkville MO 64152 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., exclusive of holidays. Payments accepted by mail include cashier’s checks and money orders (no personal checks accepted). No payments will be accepted after noon on days of court without appearing before the Judge. Payment may be made only by cash, VISA/Mastercard, money order or cashier’s check.

Parkville Municipal Code Section 160.045 Tourism Tax – Guest Room Tax, businesses in Parkville that have sleeping rooms paid by transient guests of hotels, motels, bed and breakfast inns, campgrounds and any docking facility which rents slips to recreational boats must collect a tourism/guest room tax of five percent (5%) from their guests who rent a room or space.
